All diets are created equal...
When you first start thinking about dieting, you get pretty much the same
advice:" Diet is important, but if you don't excersize it will not do you any
good and you will not lose weight."
That's actually right!!!
The problem here is that if you got fat, it's probably because you don't
excersize to begin with. So the diet itself is not that bad, the real killer (for me)
was the part when you I had to swet as well.
You see I'm nice and friendly as the next guy. The thing is I don't believe in swetting.
It sucks!!! So I started thinking what would be a good sport that I could enjoy
and wouldn't be too hard?
I found the perfect sport: Table Tennis.
It's fun, you don't have to move much, usually it's out of the sun and if you practice
enough you can get really good at it. The most important thing is that you don't swet
as much.
The only problem here is that you don't really excersize much by playing table tennis.
So I joined the regional tennis association and started competting. when you compete,
it starts to get interresting.
You see, when you compete, you play with other guys, and people come to see you play.
So I won some competitions and really got into it. Then one day, about six months after
I joined the TT(tablt tennis) assocoation, I started walking to my practice every day, instead
of driving there. It was about a two mile walk from my home.
And I was doing it three times a week.
After a month of walking four miles, three times a week I started running there and then
walking back. That's when I started to see changes to my body.
When you finally start to see the changes, it gets to be fun.
That's it for now, I have to go, but I'll continue my TT story next time.
You all have a good day :)
